really good stay!
seamless visit excellent staff great service
i really was blown away by my recent experience! the attention to detail is excellent. the hotel car service worked perfectly and the concierge ensured we were taken care of every time.. it. the staff were really nice too ensure my stay was nice. the service here beats them all!

minor issues detract from the experience
the location is very convenient near hyde park..
i found the breakfast service in the lobby to be quite poor with overworked staff. it felt too clinical and lacked charm for a hotel at this price point. the staff were ever present though, and they were keen.

personalized gestures enhanced comfort calming ambiance
I found the level of personalized service really good. cute notes and small gestures. the attention to detail was obvious throughout my stay and enhanced the overall comfort. the spa was among the best i have ever visited. The calming ambiance added to the rejuvenating experience.
a few sockets in my room were not working, a minor inconvenience.
